These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and iceclue ("iceclue", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at iceclue.org. 1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 To access gambling features on the iceclue platform, you must register a User account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
2.2 Each natural person is permitted to hold only one iceclue account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. iceclue employs identity verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, iceclue reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to withhold or void any balances, bonuses, or winnings derived from those accounts.
2.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent verification stage is accurate and up to date. iceclue may request supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time.
2.4 Account registration is subject to iceclue's approval. iceclue reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide reasons.
2.5 You must keep your account login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your iceclue account.
3.1 You must be 21 years of age or older to register and maintain an iceclue account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement.
3.2 iceclue takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. We may require age verification documentation at any stage of account operation. Where there is a reasonable suspicion that a User is under the required age, iceclue may suspend account access pending verification.
3.3 Where an account is found to be held by a person under the age of 21, iceclue will close the account immediately. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned. Any winnings generated by an underage user will be forfeited. iceclue will not be liable to any such user for any resulting loss.
3.4 Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access gambling platforms. iceclue recommends the use of parental control tools and filtering software where minors may have access to devices used for online activity.
4.1 iceclue accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. iceclue reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
4.3 All funds deposited into an iceclue account must originate from a payment instrument that is legally owned by and registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited.
4.4 iceclue does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which iceclue bears no responsibility.
4.5 Deposits are credited to your iceclue account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. iceclue is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of identity and payment method. iceclue reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
5.3 Funds that have been deposited but not used in genuine gameplay activity may be subject to additional verification before withdrawal is approved.
5.4 iceclue targets a withdrawal processing time of two hours from the point of approval. Actual transfer times to your payment method may vary depending on the payment provider's own processing schedules.
5.5 Withdrawal requests associated with active bonus wagering requirements may be deferred until the applicable wagering requirement is met or, at the User's election, the bonus balance forfeited.
6.1 iceclue offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.
6.2 Bonus terms are to be read in conjunction with these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.
6.3 iceclue reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to its cancellation will be treated in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be voided if iceclue determines that a bonus has been exploited through abuse, hedging strategies, or other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
6.5 iceclue reserves the right to limit the number of bonus claims per household, device, IP address, or payment method where it has reason to suspect coordinated bonus abuse.
7.1 All casino games available on the iceclue platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Game rules are governed by the respective provider's published game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
7.2 In the event of a malfunction of any casino game or sportsbook betting system, all affected bets and payouts shall be considered void. iceclue's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the original stake placed by the User.
7.3 Sportsbook bets placed on events where a result has already been determined at the time of placement — whether due to system error, data feed error, or any other cause — shall be voided by iceclue regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
7.4 iceclue reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or market at any time without prior notice.
7.5 In the event of a discrepancy between game results displayed in the User's browser and iceclue's server-side records, the server-side records shall be considered authoritative.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iceclue platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure without notice:
8.2 Where iceclue has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it may suspend account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and retain funds pending investigation. iceclue cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in relation to suspected illegal activity.
9.1 All content on the iceclue platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of iceclue or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the iceclue platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any iceclue content without prior written consent.
10.1 The iceclue platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform reliability and uptime, iceclue does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or loss of data.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iceclue's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
10.3 iceclue shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if iceclue has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits iceclue's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 iceclue collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the iceclue platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 iceclue implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect User data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data transmissions between your device and iceclue's servers are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.
11.3 iceclue does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express consent.
12.1 iceclue is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides all registered Users with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
12.2 You may request the activation of any responsible gaming tool at any time by contacting iceclue's 24/7 support team or by accessing the responsible gaming section of your account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

12.4 iceclue reserves the right to implement responsible gaming measures — including account restrictions — on a User's account where it identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling, regardless of whether the User has requested such measures.
13.1 iceclue may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete required verification, account inactivity, or at the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
13.2 Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining on the account (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Users may request the voluntary closure of their iceclue account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of the request being verified.
14.1 iceclue reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation.
14.2 Your continued use of the iceclue platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to iceclue's jurisdiction of operation.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a User and iceclue, the User must contact iceclue's customer support team in the first instance to attempt informal resolution. iceclue will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution procedure in accordance with iceclue's operating licence conditions. iceclue's decisions on the outcome of gambling transactions are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described herein.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
